Принято считать, что элементами производительных сил выступают люди, средства производства, природные ресурсы, формы и методы организации производства, наука, информация и др. При этом к основным элементам производительных сил относят рабочую силу и основные средства. Особенности использования данных элементов позволяют устанавливать, в какой стадии развития может находиться вся подсистема. Такие особенности могут быть определены на основе изменения соответствующих показателей, а сравнительная их оценка за установленный период времени позволяет уяснить не только их динамику, но и установить возможный диагноз, т.е. идентифицировать стадию в жизненном цикле функционирования подсистемы в целом. It is generally accepted that the elements of productive forces are people, means of production, natural resources, forms and methods of production organization, science, information, etc. At the same time, the main elements of the productive forces include labor and fixed assets. The features of using these elements allow you to determine at what stage of development the entire subsystem can be located. Such features can be determined on the basis of changes in the corresponding indicators, and their comparative assessment over a specified period of time allows us to understand not only their dynamics, but also to establish a possible diagnosis, i.e. to identify a stage in the life cycle of the subsystem as a whole.
