One of the outputs is agricultural commodities, pineapple. The reason why this identification tool is needed is that all the commodities produced are very dependent on several factors, one of which is rapid decay, so postharvest handling is needed to reduce the risk of damage by processing it into products that are more durable and profitable for farmers, processing industries and even consumers.The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution pattern pattern of pineapple agribusiness and the strategy to increase the value chain of pineapple agribusiness in Ponggok District, Blitar Regency. This research was conducted in Ponggok Subdistrict, Blitar Regency.The research method in this study uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive approach using primary and secondary data types. The technique of determining the sample is done by purposive sampling and the method of taking respondents using snowball sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. Data analysis method uses value chain analysis and quantitative analysis which includes Margin Distribution, income, marketing margins and value added costs.The average pineapple farming income is Rp. 22,775,672, - per hectare with R / C Ratio 3.10 which means that the value is> 1 so that pineapple farming is feasible. Pineapple supply chain management includes information flow and financial flow. The price of pineapple sold by farmers to collectors is Rp. 2,500 per kg, which has a percentage of profit share of 55%.
