- This research made to know how well is the effect of academic advisor in English department to their students in learning motivation and guiding them to pass the academic and giving advice to graduate as soon as possible from the university. Based from the questioner and survey, all the academic advisor in English department doing a great job in guiding their students. I hope this research can be useful to make English department better in the future.
