  • PT. Adyabuana Persada is a company that produces ceramic tiles with different sizes which located in Gresik. PT. Adyabuana Persada have a problem on machinery engine damage especially glazing line 5, which caused  reduce time for production. The companies usually only do repairs and maintenance engine components when the machine is in damaged conditions. Therefore, must be create engine maintenance schedule. The determination of the engine maintenance schedule begins with the determination of the critical components in the glazing machine line 5 by using FMEA method. After that, the data is processed into time between failures and the data distribution is obtained using Minitab 14. The results used to determine the value of MTTF (Mean Time to Failure) which is the maximum time interval for use a component until the component is damaged. The optimal treatment time intervals determined by the calculation of the most optimal C(tp). The maintenance intervals for the glazing line 5 engine on the spacer sub machine are:component van belt every 957 hours, and motor components every 4193 hours. With the time interval, the maintenance schedule can be merged which is compared with the cost of repairs that result in savings of 99,81%.  Keywords: C(tp), Preventive Maintenance, MTTF(Mean Time to Failiure).
