The sample of 60 respondents, divided intointervention group (30 respondents) and the non-intervention group(30 respondents). Analysis of data using Mann-Whitney test wasobtained p&gt; 0.05 (p = 1.000), meaning that there is no influence on theprocess of early breastfeeding initiation involution post partum uterineof the mother. The results showed that the group who performed earlybreastfeeding initiation, good uterine involution process as many as 28people (93.3%) and that is not good as much as 2 people (6.7%).
