- This case study aims to describe group dynamic of farmer group Tani Maju Sejahtera. A survey has been carried out to interview 22 farmers whom sampled from the farmer group members. Data, then, were qualitatively described. The result showed that farmer group “Maju Sejahtera” does not formulate vision and mission, and internal regulation (AD/ART). So, there is overlapping role of personal in the group. Its financial management is also not clear yet. Group does not perform well its functions as a medium for learning, producing and cooperating unit. Group’s member would like their group facilitate them in inland fisheries, rather than facilitating in paddy cultivation. Based on the findings, it is suggested that group has to response its members’ needs. By doing so, group might be able to achieve its goal. Keywords: Group, Implementation Functions, Group Dynamics
