And the sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique where the population is sampled. Methods of data collection in this study are questionnaires, and documentation studies. Methods of data analysis using descriptive method and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance in PT. Johor Semayang Berjaya. This can be seen from the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0,504 means 50,4% indicates that employee performance variables can be explained by motivation and work discipline. While the remaining 49,6% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.</description><description>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh dimana jumlah populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Johor Semayang Berjaya. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,504 berarti 50,4% menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh motivasi dan disiplin kerja.
