The woman is not only in domestic sector but also in public sector. They can contribute their income for their family by work.
The data analysis was done by quantitative with simple linear regression analysis methods. The saturated sampling technique used to take a sample for 119 employees, as constant employees of production . The purpose of this research is to examine of the female workers income for family income in PT Royal Korindah Purbalingga.
The theory that used is about the woman income and its influence for the family income. According to Pratama Rahardja has family income can be sourced from the income or salary of family members, productive assets and the goverment. Based on the Susanto’s theory, the involvement of woman to make a living determine the family income. 
The result of this research that the value of thitung> ttabel value (7.640 >1.661) menas that the variable of woman workers income have significant effect for family income with the value (R2) amount of 0,333. It means that the female workers income have 33,3 % influence for family income. This shows that not only the income of woman workers can increase of family income.
