- ABSTRACT Acupressure Decreasing Blood Pressure Patient with Hypertension Increased hypertensive sufferers are caused by high blood pressure that cannot be controlled properly and cause complications even death so that required control of blood pressure is good and correct. Acupressure becomes one of the alternative non-pharmacological treatment of hypertension effective to lower blood pressure sufferers of hypertension. The Literature review aims to determine the influence of acupressure on blood pressure as well as describing blood pressure before and after acupressure in hypertensive patients. It uses 4 databases (Garuda Portal, Pubmed, Research Gate and Google Schoolar) which are sought from 2011 to 2020 in the form of research reports and reviews discussing the influence of acupressure on blood pressure in hypertensive patients. The keyword acupressure, hypertension and acupressure on hypertension are used to search on electronic databases. After the selection is obtained 4 journals that indicate the influence of acupressure to lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients with P value 0.001 to 0.01. While 1 other journal states blood pressure before and after acupressure action is equal to P value 0.083. The conclusion of this writing is that an acupressure influence lowers blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Keywords: acupressure, hypertension, blood pressure ABSTRAK Akupresur Menurunkan Tekanan Darah pada Pasien Hipertensi Peningkatan penderita hipertensi disebabkan oleh tekanan darah tinggi yang tidak dapat dikontrol dengan baik dan menimbulkan komplikasi bahkan kematian sehingga dibutuhkan kontrol tekanan darah yang baik dan benar. Akupresur menjadi salah satu alternatif perawatan non-farmakologi hipertensi yang efektif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah penderita hipertensi. Literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh akupresur terhadap tekanan darah serta mendeskripsikan tekanan darah sebelum dan setelah akupresur pada pasien hipertensi. Menggunakan 4 database (Portal Garuda, Pubmed, Research Gate dan Google Schoolar) yang dicari mulai tahun 2011 sampai 2020 berupa laporan hasil penelitian dan review yang membahas pengaruh akupresur terhadap tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Kata kunci akupresur, hipertensi dan akupresur pada hipertensi digunakan untuk mencari pada database elektronik. Setelah dilakukan seleksi diperoleh 4 jurnal yang menyatakan terdapat pengaruh akupresur menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi dengan p value 0,001 sampai 0,01. Sedangkan 1 jurnal lainnya menyatakan tekanan darah sebelum dan setelah tindakan akupresur adalah sama dengan p value 0,083. Kesimpulan penulisan ini adalah terdapat pengaruh akupresur menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Kata Kunci : akupresur, hipertensi, tekanan darah
