Research conducted on the development of pictorial multiple choice test to measure mastery of factual, conceptual, and procedural knowledge of high school students on the material solubility and solubility product. This study was conducted in one of the SMA in Majalengka with research subjects were 74 high school students who have studied the material solubility and solubility product. This research aims to produce an instrument of multiple choice tests pictorial which meet the criteria in terms of content validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and the distinguishing features that can be used to measure mastery of factual, conceptual, and procedural knowledge high school students on the material solubility and solubility product. This research was conducted because yet available evaluation tools that support the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 to measure mastery of factual, conceptual, and procedural knowledge in material solubility and solubility product. The research method used is development and validation. In this study, item developed as many as 29 items. Based on the contents validity test with CVR, obtained 21 items that meet the criteria of content validity. Based on the reliability, level of difficulty, and distinguishing, item developed has reliability value of 0,721 which qualify as good, most of the items have difficulty levels that qualify as moderate, and largely a matter of distinguishing features that qualify as sufficient. Items which have been developed can use to measure mastery of factual knowledge, mastery of conceptual knowledge, and mastery of procedural knowledge.
