FISIP Universitas Lampung</creator><description lang="en-US">This research aims to produce new innovation in learning process that is supported by information technology and communication, by model applications collaborative teamwork learning, so both lecturer and university student motivation in learning process can be increased. Outside supposed from this activity produce media and ingredient teaches certifiable, create human resources that has competence (personal abilities, social, vocational and academic) with graduate competence that dominate IPTEKS, supported by verbal communication ability and article, problem analysis, look for learning source, work self-supporting and in team, with life long learning. This study development process will gather data as follows: student university activity data both for got direct from observation that done lecturer and a assistant (lecturer partner) in class, also group activity report outside class (value data or study evaluation in result quality number consist of quiz, test middle semester, final exam semester and duties. All these data got with test method.). From university student activity data might be done percentage heavy analysis so that will describe how far student university interaction and character collaboratively by applying e-learning in study method and can build concept with uplift skill in dominate lecture subject. In the other hand, data value or quality number will convert with PAP method as according to Lampung University academic regulation. The result in general instruction performance of Indonesia Country Administrate System subject has achieved GBPP quality of Unila, such as lecturing matter preparation, study execution, create innovation in learning method and develop lecturing point with clear evaluation pattern that describe lecturer accomplishment in learning process and upgrade matter plan of Indonesia Country Administrate System lecture subject.
