Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah bimbingan dan konseling kelompok melalui observational learning. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengukur efektivitas program bimbingan dan konseling kelompok melalui observational learning untuk meningkatkan self efficacy siswa SMA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) profil self efficacy siswa SMA Kelas XII Rexa Education Center Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 sebagian besar berada pada kategori Sedang dan Tinggi; (2) faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat self efficacy siswa Kelas XII Rexa Education Center Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 adalah kemampuan dasar matematika, kemampuan belajar dari saran orang lain, dan lingkungan belajar di dalam Bimbingan Belajar Rexa Education Center; (3) program bimbingan dan konseling kelompok melalui observational learning, efektif dalam meningkatkan self efficacy siswa Kelas XII Rexa Education Center Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014; (4) program bimbingan dan konseling kelompok melalui observational learning menjadi efektif dalam meningkatkan self efficacy, terutama saat menggunakan indikator-indikator self efficacy yang berhubungan dengan proses mengerjakan soal SBMPTN dan mengatasi masalah belajar. Hasil penelitian direkomendasikan kepada: (1) pihak penanggung jawab akademik Rexa Education Center, untuk memanfaatkan rancangan program yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian menjadi program pengembangan mental siswa dalam menghadapi SBMPTN; (2) peneliti selanjutnya, untuk melakukan pengembangan penelitian dalam bentuk rancangan program bimbingan dan konseling kelompok untuk tingkat SD, SMP, dan Perguruan Tinggi.&#xD; This research sees self efficacy as the foundation in preparedness for Highschool Students in Grade XII that wants to enroll to University through SBMPTN. The method in this research is group guidance and counseling through observational learning. The aim of this study is to measure the effectiveness of group guidance and counseling program through observational learning to enhance self efficacy for highschool student. The result shows that: (1) The majority of self efficacy profile for highschool student in grade XII Rexa Education Center School Year 2013/2014 falls in the category of High and Intermediate; (2) the factor that influences self efficacy for highschool students grade XII Rexa Education Center School Year 2013/2014 consist basic ability of mathematics, learning ability from people&#x2019;s advice, and learning circumtances at Rexa Education Center Tutor; (3) The program of group guidance and counseling through observational learning is effective in increasing self efficacy for highschool student grade XII Rexa Education Center School Year 2013/2014; (4) The program of group guidance and counseling through observational learning is effective in increasing self efficacy, when indicators of self efficacy relate with doing SBMPTN problem sheets and solving learning problem.
