Electronics Nuclear engineering</subject><description>Penerangan Jalan Umum (PJU) merupakan salah satu infrastruktur penting dari sebuah kota. PJU memiliki beberapa fungsi seperti: memberikan rasa nyaman kepada pengguna jalan, mencegah terjadinya kejahatan, dan memberikan nilai estetika pada sebuah kota. Skripsi ini menjelaskan hasil dari perancangan PJU yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui PJU yang kuat pencahayaannya memenuhi kriteria SNI:7391:2008, namun mengkonsumsi energi listrik relatif rendah. Objek perancangan dari skripsi ini adalah PJU Jalan Wastukencana Kota Bandung. Perancangan menggunakan perangkat lunak DIALux 4.12. Penggunaan perangkat lunak ini dapat memuat hasil berupa data perencanaan, pemodelan kuat pencahayaan 2 dan 3 Dimensi, dan data persebaran kuat pencahayaan. Hasil perancangan memperlihatkan PJU yang dirancang memiliki tingkat iluminasi yang memenuhi kriteria SNI:7391:2008, serta penggunaan energi listriknya relatif lebih rendah dibandingkan PJU saat ini. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi rekomendasi dalam perancangan PJU. ;---
Street Lighting (SL) is a one of critical infrastructure from the city. SL has several functions as: providing a sense comfortable for road users, prevents the occurrence of crime, and provide aesthetic value of the city. This research describes the results of the planning SL which aims to find a strong SL that meet the criteria of SNI: 7391: 2008, yet relatively low consumption of electrical energy. The object of this research is the design of SL at Wastukencana Street in Bandung. The design uses software DIALux 4.12. By using this software can load the results in the form of planning data, powerful modeling illumination 2 and 3 Dimensional, powerful lighting and data distribution. Results showed SL that is designed has illumination level meet the criteria of SNI: 7391: 2008, as well as the use of electrical energy is relatively lower than the current PJU.
