- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan instrumen penilaian kinerja siswa SMA pada praktikum faktor konsentrasi terhadap pergeseran arah kesetimbangan dengan teknik peer dan self assesment yang memenuhi syarat valid dan reliabel. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan dan validasi. Tahap pengembangan meliputi analisis kebutuhan materi dan keterampilan kinerja pada praktikum faktor konsentrasi terhadap pergeseran arah kesetimbangan hingga diperoleh draft awal dengan 17 aspek kinerja beserta rubrik yang dikembangkan. Subjek penelitian pada uji coba pertama sebanyak 10 siswa dan pada uji keterlaksanaan sebanyak 32 siswa. Langkah uji validitas dan uji realibilitas dilakukan untuk menentukan kualitas instrumen. Pada uji validitas menggunakan validitas isi. Pada uji reliabilitas menggunakan metode inter-rater. Sedangkan pada uji keterlaksanaan menggunakan korelasi Pearson dan angket. Hasil uji validitas isi berdasarkan pertimbangan para ahli menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian kinerja yang dikembangkan termasuk ke dalam kriteria valid pada setiap aspek kinerja dan rubrik dalam instrumen tersebut. Hasil uji reliabilitas terhadap 4 dan 6 siswa memenuhi kriteria reliabel. Korelasi antara hasil penilaian observer dengan peer dan self assesment pada praktikum faktor konsentrasi terhadap pergeseran arah kesetimbangan menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan peer assesment dan self assesment menggunakan instrumen penilaian kinerja yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori korelasi Pearson diatas batas minimal yaitu 0,25. Seluruh siswa merespon baik terhadap instrumen yang dikembangkan yang ditunjukkan dengan interpretasi angket >85% dengan kategori sangat baik. Kata Kunci : Instrumen Penilaian Kinerja, Peer Assesment, Pergeseran Arah Kesetimbangan, Praktikum, Self Assesment The research aims to implementation performance assesment instrument for senior high school students on practicum of factors of concentration changes on the position of equilibrium with technique on peer and self assesment that have a good quality instrumen (validity and reliability). The method used is development and validation. The development phase is analysis of material needs and skills performance assesment in the practicum of factors affecting the shift direction in equilibrium peer and self assesment to obtain a preliminary draft of 17 performance aspects and rubrics are developed. The subject of research at the first trial 0f 10 students, and at the second trial of 32 students. Step of validation test and reliability test is done to determine the quality of instrument. The validity test using a content validity. The reliability test using inter-rater methods. The implementation using pearson correlation and questionnaire.The result of content validity based on judgment expert show that the developed performance assesment instrument is included in the valid category on each task and rubrics in the developed performance assesment instrument. The result of realibility on 4 and 6 students occupy realibility category. Correlations between observer assesment with peer and self assesment that practicum of factors concentration changes on the position of equilibrium show that implementation peer assesment and self assesment using the developed perfomance assesment instrument results of assesment carried out by observers indicated that peer and self assesment implications are very strong as indicated by the score of correlation pearson above the minimum limit which is 0,25. All students respond well to the instruments developed as indicated by the questionnaire interpretation >85% is a very good category.
