  • Background: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever controlling Aedes aegypti can be done by immersing the mosquito net. Into the insecticide mosquito net modification uses umbrella trap mode off black shirt, black cotton, stripes shirt and stripes cotton. Objective: To the effective umbrella trap Aedes aegypti Methods: Study is using an experimental quasi research with post-test only control group design. It has function of explaining the relations between the independent variable and dependent variables in the application of using the black shirt, black cotton, stripes shirt and stripes cotton and the dead of Aedes aegypti as the independent variable. The Aedes aegypti that were used for this experiment were 2400 female mosquito treated each treatment and control used 100 mosquitos. Results: Result the lowest amount of faintand dead mosquitos were found in umbrella trap mode of stripe shirt, about 5-28. The highest amount of faint and dead mosquito were found in umbrella trap mode of black cotton, about 41-95. Results of the statistical test showed that the value of p=0,973 (>0,05). Results of the ANOVA test showed a significant value of p=0,000 (>0,05). Conclusion: There are significant for difference umbrella trap mosquito that used with the dead of Aedes aegypti.
