CABANG JAKARTA-CIKAMPEK</title><creator>Wigiarti, Utin</creator><creator>Hendrayanti, Endang</creator><description lang="en-US">The aim of this study is to know about employee work satisfaction, work decipline and work motivation and the influence of employee work satisfaction and work discipline to work motivation in PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk special  for Cikampek Subsidiary. Descriptive-causal  research is used in this research model. There is 90 employees of  PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk for Cikampek Subsidiary as a sample research. Cluster sampling (with area sampling) is used in this research technical sampling. The description result show that the employee work satisfaction and work decipline are good (the average score is 3,61 and 3,57). Linear multiple regression analysis in this research show that employee  work satisfaction and work decipline influence to work motivation in PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk special for Cikampek Subsidiary. There is fits with this institution research on 2006, the average score of customer’s satisfaction is 61,38% (sufficient category).
