The tool in question TA presents the objectives of improvement in the quality health of the population, the improvement in the customer service of health and the reduction of the per capita cost; also presenting based principles well. Compared to the structure of the Health Care Facilities (SUS), that also it presents well-structured principles, it is noted that the system searches for structures the tool well-connected TA, that does not cite the same in its documents.
