Chatbot are very powerful conversational interface tools to solve the user problems when provided with proper context. The growth of messaging platforms is creating a whole new space for organizations to interact with visitors. Through chatbots you can instantly connect and reply to a wide range of questions. Chatbots can be designed to respond instantly but also it makes comfortable and offering a good impression about a place. Chatbot provides immediate responses that simply not possible on website or on any other apps. If you are visiting to a museum and want to know at what time it closes, you are not going to install an app for it. Similarly, websites have information but you will be ending up with some strange menu to figure out where closing times are. The context (content) plays the very important role when trying to resolve a specific problem within a tightly defined context. The chatbot can make safe hypothesis, if the query provide by the user is general not specific. Development of chatbot is thus a dynamic process.
