L.B.Sm. (Cunoniaceae) from southeastern Brazil. This species is currently known by only eight specimens from Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo states. We present seven new records that include Espírito Santo state in the species distribution, and expand its north and east limits of occurrence.
