- This screencast is a presentation about the application of impedance spectroscopy to organic semiconductors found in photovoltaic cells. The here used experimental setup for impedance spectroscopy is described and it is shown how to extract parameters such as: semiconductor type, semiconductor regime and carrier mobility.
