contents Manufacturing methods are divided into two groups as traditional and non-traditional manucaturing methods. Cutters are being used in traditional manufacturing method and since the relative movement between base metal and cutter is either linear or circular, the machined product’s surface is generally either linear or circular. Also it is known that traditional manufacturing methods are limited for quite big or small parts therefore non-traditional manufacturing methods were required. One of the non-traditional Method in another word “Modern Method” is Water Jet Cutting’s usage was being started in 1970’s. Abbresive Water Jet Cutting which has abbresive particules in water jet was being used in 1980’s. It is considered that the handling of desired surface quality after cutting with Water Jet Cutting Process which has a wide usage area in technology depends on material type, pressure, cutting velocity and water jet diameter. Because of that reason some experiments and analysis study accomplished with two different type of materials, changing pressure, cutting velocity and water jet diameter.
