Distribution. Eurypharynx pelecanoides was described from off Morocco (29 o 52 ’ N, 11 o 44 ’ W) and is known from all tropical and temperate seas. It was recorded before in the WSA from material obtained by the R/V Walther Herwig (Bertelsen et al. 1989).
