The workshop is a part of Work Package 7 “History of Religious Studies in the Age of Big-Data: Developing New Methodologies” and a central output of the Task 7.2 “Religious conflicts, peacemaking, and the shaping of reflective European societies”. “The task examines how the creation of an academic community on religious studies in a pan-European historical perspective can interact with processes of religious (and secular) community and identity building on a regional and local level.
