[Co(AA)(BigH)2]+3 (AA = methyl biguanide, ethly biguanide or phenyl biguanide) have been synthesised and characterised. These give expected conductance velues and equivalent weights. Absorption spectral studies reveal two ligand field bands around 28,000 cm-1 and 20000 cm -1.
