  • Activity Management Unit (UPK) is the unit that manages the operational activities of PNPM Rural in the district and help BKAD coordinate meetings in the district. UPK apply information systems in the form of Service Information System Activity Management Unit (SIPUPK). The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of user acceptance of information systems using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the Activity Management Unit (UPK) Se-of Cilacap. In this study using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with 5 variables: variables perceived ease of use (PEOU), perceived of usefulness (PU), attitude toward behavior (AT), behavioral intention of use (BITU) and the actual technology use (ATU). Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique with the sheer number of respondents were 63 respondents consisting of a chairman, secretary and treasurer. In this study tested the validity and reliability and the results are valid and reliable. In the F-Test Test result is a positive relationship with the effect of 52.9%. T-Test Test Results for a variable ease of use and attitudes toward behavior is not a positive relationship with the effect of 4%, the variable perception of usefulness and attitude toward the behavior of a positive relationship with the effect of 19.7%, and the variable ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitudes toward the behavior and interests of the behavior of a positive relationship with the effect of 48.7%.
