- OpenAIRE and other scholarly communication infrastructure services mutually benefit from a fostered integration and utilization of their offered information. OpenAIRE collaborates with Jisc regarding SHERPA/RoMEO on the one hand and with DataCite regarding the ScholeExplorer on the other hand. These are two examples of efficient collaboration resulting in added value services and information enrichment. This report discusses and describes several use cases and integration scenarios for both services. In case of the SHERPA/RoMEO service information on copyright policies and self-archiving options will inform authors of scientific publications in OpenAIRE and enrich bibliographic metadata together with relevant information, like funders archiving mandates and license information on national and consortial level. These measures are aimed to support Open Access to scientific publications. The integration of the OpenAIRE ScholeXplorer service in DataCite ensures real-time updates of dataset to literature links which is of benefit to 3rd party services.
