DESCRIPTION Cortical shell small, subsphaerical with four strong spines. It composed of small, polygonal pore frames (mainly triangular) with small, circular nodes at pore frame vertices. Primary spines tetrahedrally disposed, strong, tricarinate with prominent ridges and shallow grooves. They are slightly decreasing in width distally and very slightly dextrally twisted.
