This research was conducted using descriptive method by using research instruments such as interview, observation, and questionnaires. The data obtained were processed using SPSS 20.0 software with hypothesis testing model using simple regression analysis. The result showed that the implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 is classified in the high category. The result of this study also suggest that QMS ISO 9001:2008 and performance have a strong and direct correlation, and also the implementation of total quality management (ISO 9001:2008) has a positive impact on performance of OPD in Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat with the influence of 0.513 or 51.3%.</description><recordID>ai-jbptppolban-gdl-ranggaagun-4209</recordID></dc>
