Results of the study: 1) Discovery Learning Model Learning effective against critical thinking skills. With the application of learning models and authentic assessment Discovery Learning lowest score was 71 and the highest is 90 with an average of 74.32 with a mastery level of students in economic subjects once held the learning process by learning model Discovery Learning and authentic assessment is 100% or completely as many as 31 students. 2) Authentic effective against critical thinking skills students are berbedaan positive and signifikan.3) Differences critical thinking skills of students with Learning Model Application Discovery Learning and Assessment Authentic. The most accepted hypothesis in this study is H1, namely (1). Discovery learning model application Learning and Assessment Authentic better than the conventional method (2).
