Seperti diketahui bahwa di dalam Lembaga Pemasyarakatan setiap narapidana mengalami dan merusakan perlakuan berupa pembatasan kebebasan geraknya. Sedangkan kebutuhan biologis (seksual) merupakan kebutuhan primer manusia yang selalu menuntut pemenuhannya. Karena berada di dalam lembaga pemasyarakatan dalam masyarakat satu jenis kelamin (pria) dan berlangsung lama maka akan mengalami kesakitan /kehilangan salah satunya kehilangan lawan jenis. Bagi yang sudah beristri tidak mudah dapat menyalurkan kebutuhan biologis.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara kepada para informan, dan melalui observasi serta penggunaan data sekunder.
Untuk membahas hasil penelitian menggunakan Teori Hirarki Kebutuhan oleh Maslow, Konsep The Pains of Imprisonment oleh Gresham.M. Skyes, Konsep Conjugal visit, Sex visits, Family visits dan Konsep Perencanaan oleh Bambang Poernomo.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Bekasi pemenuhan kebutuhan biologis (seksual) secara wajar (normal) tidak dapat terpenuhi. Sebaliknya yang terjadi penyimpangan seksual seperti homoseksual, hubungan badan antara narapidana dan isterinya, dan atau kawan dekat (intim), wanita lain, saat berkunjung ke Lapas dengan mengambil tempat di dalam Lapas, berkat bantuan, kerjasama, dan saling pengertian oleh petugas.
<hr><i>This research is aimed at discussing the compliance of biologic (sexual) need of inmate. As had been recognized that in Correctional each inmate experience and take not treatment to act freely. Whereas, biologic (sexual) needs as primary needs of human always demanding its compliance. Because for a long time stay in correctional with similar gender, so, they will experience lost of one spouse. For married couple he/she may excrete his/her biologic (sexual) need easily.
Research method used herein is qualitative research method. The data is collected by interview technique with informants and by observation as well as secondary data uses.
To discuss research result had been used Hierarchy Basic Needs Theory by Maslow, Concept of The Pains of Imprisonment by Gresham.M. Sykes, Concept of Conjugal visit, Sex visit, Family visit and Planning Concept by Bambang Poernomo.
Based on research result may be concluded that in Correctional of Bekasi normally, the compliance of biologic (sexual) need had been fulfilled. Conversely, it had occurred the sexual intercourse deviation such as homosexual, sexual intercourse among inmate with his wife and his fellow, other woman when inviting Correctional by taking place near with Correctional, as result of assistance, cooperation and understanding each other with officer.</i></description><identifier>http://lontar.ui.ac.id/detail?id=100450</identifier><recordID>100450</recordID></dc>
