Model Sinar X di tempatkan pada jarak 100 cm dari detector. Ketebalan CdTe sebesar 1 mm dan berjari-jari sebesar 0.15 mm. penelitian ini menggunakan dua buah software yaitu Xcomp5r dan EGSnrc. Xcomp5r di gunakan sebagai sumber radiasi Sinar X (input) danEGS sebagai software Monte Carlo. Selanjutnya EGSnrc menghasilkan spektrum energi sinar X pada CdTe dan sekitarnya, hasilnya bahwa interaksi radiasi dengan atom Cd dan Te pada simulasi Monte Carlo terlihat jelas bila di bandingkan dengan spektrum pengukuran menggunakan detector XR 100-T CdTe. Terdapat Sinar X fluorisensi kulit K dari atom Cd dan Te pada energi sekitar 24 keV dan 28 keV. Karena simulasi Monte Carlo memiliki ketelitian sampai 1 keV sehingga sulit membedakan Sinar X fluorisensi pada energi yang berdekatan. verifikasi spektrum juga di lakukan di antaranya berdasarkan energi rata-rata dan spektrum di sekitar CdTe. ......Have been studied Monte Carlo simulation to find energy spectrum of X-ray machine Y.TU-320 D03 on CdTe based on x-ray tube voltage according to RQR TRS No. 457, such as 40 kV, 50 kV, 60 kV, 70 kV, 80 kV, 90 kV, 100 kV, 120 kV and 150 kV. CdTe modeling, that has been studied, followed geometry of XR 100-T CdTe detector. X-ray model was placed on 100 cm distance far away from detector. The thickness of CdTe is 1 mm and its radius is 0.15 mm. there are two softwares were used to finish this study. Those softwares are Xcomp5r and EGSnrc. Xcomp5r was used as x-ray sources (input) and the other software, EGSnrc, as Monte Carlo software. For the next, EGSnrc has built x-ray spectrum on CdTe and its around. The result showed that radiation interaction with CdTe atoms on Monte Carlo simulation has been clearly appeared rather than x-ray measurement using XR 100-T CdTe detector. There are K-shell fluorescence Xray of Cd and Te atom with its energy about 24 keV and 28 keV. Because of Monte Carlo has a high precision until 1 keV, therefore it's hard to make difference fluorescence x-ray which have closer energies.
