Beberapa hasil analisa yang didapat pada penelitian dalam skripsi ini ialah perlunya perusahaan melakukan improvement seperti melakukan line balancing, redesign tata letak mesin yaitu mengubah dari process layout menjadi celuller layout dan menerapkan kanban pada proses produksi antar stasiun kerja yang dijadikan sebagai proposed mapping. Output yang ingin dicapai pada akhirnya adalah untuk meningkat nilai tambah bagi pelanggan., This thesis discusses how to see the waste that occurs in companies engaged in manufacturing of hospital equipment to produce products using the methods of Value Stream Mapping, this method is used to determine the process of information flow and material flow that occurred from the warehouse of raw materials, floor production to warehouse finished goods by making observations, calculations and interview process time to the parties directly involved in the actual process that was then depicted in the current form of mapping, by looking at the current mapping, this improvement can be made right by following the rules of lean thinking in order to reduce the waste that occurs. Some of the analysis results obtained in the study in this thesis is the need for companies to make improvements such as line balancing, redesign the layout of the machine that is changing the layout process into celuller layout and applying kanban in the production process between workstations that serve as the proposed mapping.
