- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Tesis ini membahas tentang risiko permintaan terhadap dukungan pemerintah dalam penyediaan prasarana jalan tol dengan mengambil studi kasus jalan tol Solo-Kertosono. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data-data hasil studi jalan tol Trans Jawa dimana ruas jalan tol Solo-Kertosono direncanakan sebagai bagian dari keseluruhan jalan tol tersebut. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa perlu untuk diberikan suatu bentuk dukungan pemerintah terhadap risiko permintaan yang mungkin terjadi terhadap proses penyediaan jalan tol. Diharapkan, dengan pemberian dukungan pemerintah tersebut pengoperasian jalan tol tidak akan terganggu akibat berkurangnya revenue atau pendapatan sebagai dampak dari turunnya volume lalu lintas. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> The focus of this study is demand risk on toll road operation related with government support with case study Solo-Kertosono Toll Road. This study is quantitative research uses data from Trans Java Toll Road Study where Solo-Kertosono is planned as a part of this toll road. The result of this study gives a suggestion for government to give a government support in toll road operation especially Solo-Kertosono Toll Road.
