  • [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Identifikasi terhadap faktor-faktor risiko yang menyebabkan perubahan lingkup pada struktur atas dan arsitektur bangunan gedung bertingkat di Jakarta termasuk salah satu proses manajemen lingkup. Dilakukan proses analisis dampak terhadap kinerja waktu pelaksanaan proyek dan diketahui bagaimana respon risikonya. Dengan metode survey pada kontraktor utama untuk mengetahui sumber risiko perubahan lingkup. Lalu dianalisis dengan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mengetahui bagaimana peringkat risiko (risk ranking), kemudian dengan faktor risiko SNI dicari risk level. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan tingkat risiko dominan penyebab perubahan lingkup yang memengaruhi kinerja waktu pelaksanaan proyek dan didapat rekomendasi risk response antisipasi terjadinya penurunan kinerja waktu. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> The identification process of risk factors that will cause scope chages during upperstructure construction phase of highrise building in Jakarta is one of scope management process. Then will be analyzed the effect on schedule and find out the risk responses. This research will do some survey toward the main contractor and the data will be analyzed with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to discover risk rank, and next identify therisk level which is the result of this SNI risk factor analyzing.
