Peran TI akan optimal jika pengelolaan TI maksimal. Pengelolaan TI yang maksimal akan terlaksana baik dengan menilai keselarasan antara penerapan TI dengan kebutuhan organisasi sendiri. Semua kegiatan yang dilakukan pasti memiliki risiko, begitu juga dengan pengelolaan TI. Pengelolaan TI yang baik pasti mengidentifikasikan segala bentuk risiko dari penerapan TI dan penanganan dari risiko-risiko yang akan dihadapi. Untuk itu organisasi memerlukan adanya suatu penerapan berupa tata kelola TI (IT Governance).
Pengukuran tingkat kematangan proses tata kelola TI ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan COBIT 4.1. Proses TI yang kemudian dipetakan ke penilaian control objectives dan statements COBIT 4.1 Maturity Model. Hasil pengukuran tersebut kemudian dipadukan untuk memperoleh tingkat kematangan proses TI. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh ada 28 proses TI, 173 detailed control objectives, 880 statements yang relevan dengan proses TI pada tahap awal inisialisasi 1(Initial/Ad Hoc) yang terdiri dari 11 proses, proses TI pada tahap mengulang tetapi intuitif 2(Repeatable but Intuitive) terdiri dari 15 proses, dan terakhir proses TI pada tahap dapat ditetapkan 3(Defined Process) yang terdiri atas 2 proses.
<hr><i>Information Technology (IT) has an important role in every organization both government and companies that use information technology in their business activities, as well as a factor in achieving organizational goals. The role of IT will be optimal if the IT management is maximum. The maximum IT management carried out well by assessing the alignment between the application of IT and the needs of the organization itself. All activities are performed must have a risk, as well as IT management. Definitely good IT management identifies any risk of IT implementation and management of risks to be faced so that organizations should require the existence of a form of application of IT governance.
Measuring maturity level of IT governance process is performed using COBIT 4.1. IT Process are then mapped to the assessment of control objectives and statements COBIT 4.1 Maturity Model. The measurement results are then combined to obtain the level of maturity of IT processes. From the results obtained by the research conducted there were 28 IT processes, 173 detailed control objectives, 880 statements were relevant to IT processes at an early level 1 Initialization/Ad Hoc which consists of 11 processes, IT processes at the level 2 Repeatable but intuitive consists of 15 processes, and IT processes in the last level 3 Defined Process, which consists of 2 processes.</i></description><identifier>https://lib.ui.ac.id/detail?id=20330377</identifier><recordID>20330377</recordID></dc>
