- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Tesis ini membahas sisi keuangan proyek mixed use building di Semarang kerjasama antara PT Propernas Griya Utama (“PGU”) dan Perum Perumnas (“PP”). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah proyek ini layak untuk dilanjutkan atau tidak. Analisis dilakukan dengan melihat bagaimana keadaan lingkungan proyek, serta membuat proyeksi keuangan yaitu arus kas dan laba rugi proyek, lalu menilai kelayakannya dengan menggunakan metode capital budgeting yang terdiri dari Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), Discounted Payback Period (DPP), dan Profitability Index (PI). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa secara keuangan, proyek mixed use building di Semarang ini layak untuk dilanjutkan. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This thesis discusses the financial aspect of the mixed use building project, a cooperation between PT Propernas Griya Utama (“PGU”) and Perum Perumnas (“PP”) in Semarang. The purpose of this study is to determine whether to accept/ continue this project or not. This study is conducted by analyzing the project’s environment, preparing financial projections of cash flows and income statements, and assessing the feasibility using capital budgeting methods of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), Discounted Payback Period (DPP), and Profitability Index (PI). The result of this study shows that thit project is financially feasible and argues for accepting this project.
