Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang beberapa aspek pajak dalam kegiatan bisnis telekomunikasi PT Indosat meliputi sewa satelit, telekomunikasi selular, dan jasa outsourcing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa aspek pajak di PT Indosat yang meliputi sewa satelit, selular, dan jasa outsourcing dijabarkan poin-poin dari segi pajaknya, baik berupa Pajak Penghasilan maupun Pajak Pertambahan Nilai, sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang terkait. Beberapa saran yang disampaikan antara lain adalah menyesuaikan aspek pajak tersebut dari segi pajaknya dengan regulasi perpajakan terkait, dan melihat kemungkinan-kemungkinan lain yang muncul dari kegiatan bisnis PT Indosat yang berpotensi menjadi aspek pajak lainnya agar lebih lengkap.

<b>ABSTRACT</b><br>
The objective of this study is to discover some tax aspects of business activities at PT Indosat, such as satellite rental, cellular communication, and outsourcing services. The result shows that the tax aspects of each business activities described by their regulations that related to the tax aspects of PT Indosat’s business activities. Several inputs from the writer to company are to adjust the tax aspects with the related regulations of tax, and explore the possibilities of another aspects that related with the business activities of PT Indosat to complete the research.</description><subject>Accounting</subject><subject>Contracting out</subject><subject>Taxation</subject><identifier>20367976</identifier><source>http://lib.ui.ac.id/file?file=digital/20367976-S53495-tris_vitantio.pdf</source><recordID>20367976</recordID></dc>
