- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja dan menghitung kebutuhan perawat di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSIA SamMarie Basra Tahun 2015.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan cara observasi (time motion study), wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen. Pengamatan untuk time motion study dilakukan selama 6 hari kerja, dengan sampel perawat mahir dan tidak mahir. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa beban kerja sebesar 67,3%. Berdasarkan perhitungan WISN maka diperoleh kebutuhan perawat sesuai dengan jumlah yang ada pada saat ini, diluar supervisor. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan SPO uraian tugas perawat di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSIA SamMarie Basra Tahun 2015. <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This thesis aims to analyze the workload and compute the need of nurses in outpatient installation RSIA SamMarie 2015.
