Kebugaran merupakan faktor penting bagi pekerja, salah satunya guru. guru
dengan kondisi tidak bugar akan beresiko mengalami penyakit tidak menular
(PTM). PTM merupakan penyebab umum kematian secara global. Karya ilmiah
ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan Model Intervensi
Keperawatan Kesehatan Kerja (MOSIK3RU) terhadap status kebugaran guru.
Desain penelitian menggunakan desain quai experiment. SImple random sampling
digunakan untuk pengambilan data pada 96 sampel guru. Hasil riset menunjukkan
bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan guru terhadap
kebugaran. Temuan penelitian ini dan sebagai evidenced base bagi perawat
kesehatan kerja untuk melakukan upaya manajemen, asuhan keperawatan
komunitas dan eluarga serta memberikan masukan bagi puskesmas, dinas
kesehatan, sekolah, dinas pendidikan dalam menyusun kebijakan kesehatan bagi
guru

<b>ABSTRACT</b><br>
Fitness is an important factor for the workers , one of them teachers. teachers with
no fit condition to be at risk of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) .NCD is a
common cause of death globally. This paper aims to describe the implementation
of Occupational Health Nursing Intervention Model (MOSIK3RU) against the
fitness status of teachers. The study design using the design of quasi experiment.
Simple random sampling was used for collecting data on 96 samples of teachers.
Research shows that an increase in knowledge , attitude and skills of teachers
towards fitness. The findings of this study and as evidenced base for occupational
health nurse to make an effort management, nursing care and family and provide
input to the health centers, health departments, schools, education authorities in
formulating health policy for teachers.</description><identifier>https://lib.ui.ac.id/detail?id=20434340</identifier><recordID>20434340</recordID></dc>
