Saat ini, pengelolaan informasi dan knowledge pada Telkom Akses belum cukup baik. Hal tersebut dikarenakan banyak data yang belum terintegrasi, aktivitas berbagi informasi hanya sebatas transaksional dan seringkali terjadi perbedaan intepretasi antar karyawan atas informasi yang disampaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis penilaian tingkat kesiapan suatu organisasi dalam implementasi KM berdasarkan 17 subfaktor dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Analytics Network Process (FANP) yang dibangun untuk menghitung global weight setiap faktor dan subfaktor berdasarkan skala Saaty yang ditransformasi menjadi triangular fuzzy number (TFN). Perhitungan tingkat kesiapan menggunakan skala variabel linguistik. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan hubungan antar faktor dan subfaktor serta tingkat kesiapan Telkom Akses berada pada level medium dengan skor kesiapan tertinggi berada pada organizational readiness (skor 61.1). &lt;hr&gt; &lt;b&gt;ABSTRACT&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt; KM readiness can assist organizations to analyze the factors which influence the success of KM implementation so as to achieve the objective of the organization. However, information and knowledge management in Telkom Akses is still deficient. It caused by much of the data that are unintegrated, information-sharing activities were limited as transactional matter and different interpretation among employees in information sharing. This study aims to analyze and asses KM readiness in Telkom Akses with 17 subfactors using Fuzzy Analytics Network Process (FANP) method. This method calculate the global weight of each factor and subfactors based on Saaty scale which transformed into triangular fuzzy number (TFN) then. Readiness score calculation use linguistic variables scale. The study shows the dependencies among the factors and subfactors as well as readiness level of Telkom Akses reach medium level. The highest readiness scores currently is occupied by organizational readiness (score 61.1)</description><identifier>https://lib.ui.ac.id/detail?id=20434479</identifier><recordID>20434479</recordID></dc>
