- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Tidak semua pekerja menyadari bahwa dirinya sedang mengalami stres secara psikologis terhadap pekerjaannya, yang dapat mambahayakan bagi pribadi, menurunkan performansi kerja, dan merugikan perusahaan. Saat ini sudah berkembang banyak penelitian di bidang human factor tentang stres pekerjaan (job stress), meliputi: faktor penyebab stres, dampak stres pada karyawan, serta solusi untuk menghindari terjadinya stres pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem manajemen job stress berbasis Knowledge Based - Decision Support System (KB-DSS) dan Manajemen Proyek (PM) dengan memperhatikan Human Factor sebagai alternatif solusi pencegahan stres. Aspek Human Factor didapat dari analisa faktor penyebab stres serta assessment terhadap deskripsi pekerjaan dengan pihak manajemen menggunakan metode Hierarchical Task Analysis (HTA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian karyawan IT BSS menunjukkan reaksi stres dengan faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah kurangnya waktu dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan, sehingga penerapan sistem manajemen job stress ini diharapkan mampu mengurangi resiko terjadinya stres, meningkatkan kualitas produk, dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan IT BSS. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> Workers seldom realize they are stress because of their job, which could harm themselves, decrease productivity, and less contribute to company.
