- [Skripsi ini membahas perbedaan pemikiran dan tindakan tokoh utama serta penggunaan latar dalam cerpen Keluarga Pembuat Mangkuk Kayu. Konflik di dalam cerpen dibangun atas perbedaan kedua tokoh utama, yakni Huang Tua dan Huang Muda. Huang Tua digambarkan sebagai tokoh yang berkeyakinan pada leluhur sedangkan Huang Muda digambarkan sebagai tokoh yang hidup di masa yang lebih modern.
