- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Proyek adalah suatu kegiatan yang memiliki jangka waktu untuk menciptakan produk yang unik, pelayanan dan hasil. Implementasi aplikasi adalah bentuk yang paling dirasakan oleh end users sehingga sangat dibutuhkan manajemen proyek perangkat lunak yang baik. PT BCA Finance berdasarkan hasil Evaluasi KPI semester dua tahun 2017, ada 4 proyek yang belum implementasi. Selain itu, berdasarkan data yang didapatkan di project management mengenai status proyek aplikasi lima tahun terakhir, ada 104 proyek dalam pengerjaan baik outsourcing maupun inhouse. Pentingnya peranan perangkat lunak di PT BCA Finance menyebabkan perlunya prosedur baku dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak akan berdampak langsung terhadap bagaimana proyek dibagi dalam fase, estimasi, tugas dan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan. Sebelum menyusun prosedur tersebut, metode pengembangan perangkat lunak ditentukan oleh kriteria dan sub kriteria dalam pemilihannya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan metode yang paling sesuai untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak di PT BCA Finance. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencari rekomendasi metode pengembangan perangkat lunak di PT BCA Finance menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode pengambilan keputusan AHP dipilih untuk evaluasi multi-tujuan, menggabungkan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif dalam pengambilan keputusan, memperhitungkan ketidakpastian dan ketidaktepatan dalam evaluasi dan sudah banyak diterapkan dalam perbankan dan finansial. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> Project is an activity that has a period of time to create unique products, services and results. Application implementation is the form that is most felt by end users, so good software project management is needed. PT BCA Finance based on the results of the 2017 semester KPI evaluation, there are 4 projects that have not been implemented. In addition, based on data obtained in project management regarding the status of application projects in the past five years, there are 104 projects in the work of both outsourcing and inhouse. The importance of the role of software in PT BCA Finance has led to the need for standard procedures in software development. Software development methods will have a direct impact on how the project is divided into phases, estimates, tasks and resources needed. Before compiling the procedure, the method of software development is determined by the criteria and subcriteria in its selection. Therefore, this research needs to be done to determine the most suitable method for software development at PT BCA Finance. The method used to find recommendations for software development methods at PT BCA Finance using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP decision-making methods were chosen for multi-purpose evaluation, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis in decision making, taking into account uncertainties and inaccuracies in evaluations and have been widely applied in banking and finance.
