- This thesis discusses the store atmosphere in 7-Eleven outlets branch Grand Indonesia. The purpose of this study to analyze how the atmosphere at the outlet store 7-Eleven branches of Grand Indonesia. The research approach used is quantitative descriptive with type of research that uses analysis of mean. Based on the mean analysis of the four dimensions of store atmosphere on store 7-Eleven branches of Grand Indonesia, the obtained results that are categorized as having a very high value categories, so that the 7-Eleven should keep it. <hr> Tesis ini membahas tentang store atmosphere pada gerai 7-Eleven cabang Grand Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana store atmosphere pada gerai 7-Eleven cabang Grand Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan analisis mean. Berdasarkan hasil analisis mean terhadap empat dimensi dari store atmosphere pada gerai 7-Eleven cabang Grand Indonesia, maka diperoleh hasil yang tergolong memiliki nilai kategori yang sangat tinggi sehingga pihak 7-Eleven harus tetap mempertahankannya.
