Sepeda motor selain untuk keperluan pribadi yang praktis di jalanan yang sempit dan macet, dapatjuga dipakai untuk pekerjaan tambahan dan mencari tarmbahan penghasilan sebagai jasa transportasi yaitu yang dikenal dengan nama ?ojek". Semakin meningkatnya populasi sepeda motor di Jabodetabek dan pada khususnya di jalan Kalimalang yang terkait dalam penelitizm ini, menyebabkan tingginya angka kecelakaan. Tingginya angka kecelakaan kemungkinan juga disebabkaan kondisi jalan yang kurang memadai dan pengendara sepeda motor yang cenderuug tidak disiplin dan ugal-ugalan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang bertujuan menggambarkan persepsi resiko penyebab kecelakaan pengendara kendaraan sepeda motor, Berdasarkan analisis multiple regression linier dengan nilai p-value &lt; 0.05, diperoloh bahwa faktor risiko yang paling signifikan adalah faktor kedisiplinan dalam perawatan sepeda motor. Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan setiap pengendara sebelum menggunakan sepeda motor dapat mengerti dan merawat kendaraannya dengan sebaikbaiknya serta memiliki kedisiplinan dalam mentaati peraturan lalu lintas. &lt;hr&gt; &lt;b&gt;ABSTRACT&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt; Population of motor cycle increase rapidly every year as result of easily getting the credit facilities in one side and their price can be reached in the other side. Motor cycle except for the practical personal need in narrow street even in the traffic jam, its also can be used for side job and additional income as transportation service, its popular name is called ?ojek". The increasing of motor cycle population in Jabodetabek and specifically at Kalimalang street, with reference to this research, will be increase number of accident. The highest number of accident may be causes by street conditions that not enough adequate and also not discipline tendency and mischievous of the motorcyclist. This research is descriptive by using the cross sectional approach which goal to describe the contribution of the risk perception cause of accident toward to motorcyclist. Based of the multiple regression linier analysis with the grade of p-value &lt; C.05, it is has that the most significant factor is the discipline in maintenance the motor cycles.
