Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 352 Margonda Periode Januari Tahun 2016 bertujuan untuk agar calon apoteker mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek; mampu melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan standar operasional dan peraturan yang berlaku; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di Apotek; memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian dan cara mengatasinya serta mempelajari kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pengkajian Resep Pasien Typhoid. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui alur pelayanan resep yang sesuai dengan pelayanan farmasi klinik yang tertera pada standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek serta untuk menilai kerasionalan pengobatan dari resep yang diberikan.

<b>ABSTRACT</b><br>
Profession Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 352 Margonda on Period January 2016 aiming for that prospective pharmacists are able to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Apotek management; be able to practice pharmacy services properly and correctly in accordance with the standard operational procedures and regulations; have the insight, knowledge, skills and experience to do the practice of pharmacy in Apotek; and have a real picture of the issues pharmaceutical practice and learn the strategies and activities that can be done in the framework of the development of pharmacy practice. The special task that is given titled Analysis of Prescription Typhoid Patients. The purpose of this special task is to determine the appropriate prescription service flow in accordance with clinical pharmacy services listed on the standard of pharmacy services at Apotek and then to assess the rationality of prescriptions that given for treatment.</description><identifier>https://lib.ui.ac.id/detail?id=20435023</identifier><recordID>20435023</recordID></dc>
