Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Dari variabel-variabel yang diteliti, yang memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian obesitas adalah variabel kebiasaan makan fast food (tingkat keseringan makan fast food). Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa perlu diadakannya penyuluhan terhadap orang tua dan anak akan bahaya fast food. Selain itu, berkaitan dengan cukup tingginya angka kejadian obesitas di sekolah ini, perlu diaktifkan kembali UKS yang sesuai dengan fungsinya (preventif), diantaranya dengan melakukan penimbangan berat dan tinggi badan murid secara berkala oleh sekolah., This research discuss about behavioral factors which is related to obesity at Pembangunan Jaya Elementary School, Bintaro year 2009. This research is quantitative with cross-sectional design. Fast food eat frequent rate variable is related to obesity. From the result of this research, it is suggested to create an illumination about fast food risk for student and their parents. Besides, because the number of obesity in this school (getting up to 29.8%), it is necessary to reactivate School Health Practise (Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah).
