- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Rumah sakit sebagai tempat pendidikan dan penelitian kedokteran, merupakan tempat kerja yang unik dan kompleks dapat menjadi sumber bahaya bagi tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui persepsi perawat terkait masa kerja, sikap, pengalaman, pelatihan dan pengetahuan terhadap risiko kesehatan kerja. Design penelitian ini cross sectional, menggunakan kuesioner, analisis data mengunakan uji chi square. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hubungan pengetahuan dengan persepsi risiko kesehatan bermakna dengan nilai P Value = 0,015 (P Value < a), variabel lain tidak bermakna, namun memiliki kecenderungan terhadap risiko kesehatan. Disarankan bagi rumah sakit mengadakan Pelatihan K3 untuk meningkatkan persepsi, pengetahuan, keterampilan dalam mengenali bahaya atau hazard di lingkungan kerja, sehingga perawat di Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluraga Bekasi Barat menjadi sehat dan produktif <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> Hospital as a education and medical research, where workplace is unique and complex, can be a source of danger to health. The result shows there is significant relationship between knowledge and health risk perception with p value = 0.015 (p value <a), other variables are not significant, but they have a tendency to health risk.
