Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan perempuan
(demokratis, suportif, transformasional, dan partisipatif) dan tingkat kepuasan
komunikasi terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan di Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan
Universitas Indonesia (FIK UI). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan
metode survei melalui kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah staf administrasi FIK
UI. Sampelnya diambil secara total dari populasi yaitu sebanyak 57 orang
Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan perempuan demokratis,
suportif, transformasional, dan partisipatif berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap
tingkat kepuasan komunikasi. Namun, hanya gaya kepemimpinan perempuan
demokratis dan transformasional saja yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap tingkat
kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan
komunikasi berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap tingkat kepuasan kinerja
karyawan. Analisis data juga menunjukkan bahwa karyawan laki-laki memiliki
tingkat kinerja yang lebih baik daripada karyawan perempuan; semakin
bertambahnya usia, tingkat kinerja karyawan semakin tinggi; karyawan dengan
tingkat pendidikan paling tinggi memiliki tingkat kinerja paling tinggi; dan semakin
lama masa kerja, tingkat kinerja karyawan semakin tinggi.

(democratic, supportive, transformational, and participative) and the level of
communication satisfaction to the level of employee?s performance on the Faculty of
