Industri pertambangan merupakan industri yang mengolah sumber daya alam dengan mengambil dan memproses bahan tambang untuk menghasilkan berbagai produk akhir yang diperlukan manusia. Peningkatan kehandalan dan ketersediaan alat berat tambang diperlukan sebagai salah satu cara melakukan efisiensi dalam pembiayaan pemeliharaan dan peningkatan produksi tambang. Performa alat berat tambang sangat dipengaruhi oleh kehandalan peralatan yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu, analisa kehandalan diperlukan untuk menentukan subsistem yang memiliki kehandalan yang masih rendah. Studi kasus dilakukan pada satu fleet excavator Hitachi EX-2500 untuk area tambang batubara terbuka. Sistem excavator terbagi atas beberapa subsistem utama. Parameter distribusi probabilitas dan kurva kehandalan dari masing-masing subsistem ditentukan menggunakan Weibull++ 7 (Evaluation). Berdasarkan indeks importance measure diperoleh bahwa tiga subsistem utama yang kritis dari setiap excavator adalah Hydraulic
System, Optional Accessories, dan Electrical System. Hasil studi ini adalah fokus pads subsistem kritis yang perlu ditingkatkan kehandalan dan ketersediaan serta rekomendasi dalam frekuensi dan durasi perawatan terjadwal yang optimal.

<b>Abstract</b><br>
Mining industry is an industry which processes natural resources by taking and processing materials to produce various end products that humans need. Improved reliability and availability of mining equipment is required as one way of efficiency in the financing of maintenance and improvement of mining production. Mining equipment performance is strongly determined by the reliability of equipment being used. Therefore, reliability analysis is needed to determine the subsystem that has low reliability. A case study has been done on one fleet excavator, Hitachi EX-2500, applied on open-pit coal mine area. The excavator system is divided into several main subsystems. The probability distribution parameter and reliability curve for each subsystem has been evaluated by using Weibull++ 7 (Evaluation). Based on importance measure index is obtained that the three main critical subsystem of each excavator are Hydraulic System, Optional Accessories, and Electrical System. Results of this study are
focusing at the critical subsystem that needs to be improved on its reliability and availability and also the recommendation in optimal scheduled maintenance frequency and duration.</description><identifier>https://lib.ui.ac.id/detail?id=131383</identifier><recordID>131383</recordID></dc>
